Now Recruiting for Assemblers Our tool manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our assembly line team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and who thrive in a team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in assembly and be capable of reading blueprints and schematics correctly. We need to fill these jobs immediately, so it’s important for new hires to hit the ground running. Job Role: Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation Read blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly Double-check connections to ensure they match and record any discrepancies in assembly log Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation and calibration equipment Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy Maintain and service all equipment when necessary Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specification We compensate for the variable work schedules in excellent benefits and generous PTO. Shifts offered on a 2 week rotating shift pattern:  Days – 06:45-14:45 Middle – 15:00-23:00 Nights – 23:00-07:00 Pay Rates: Intro Pay rate - £11.88ph (£23,181) After Training Period - £13.07ph (£25,500) Overtime Rates available upon Business demand. £100 premium (Middle Shift) £150 premium (Night Shift) Additional Benefits: 25 Days Holiday Auto-Pension All PPE provided Potential of Temp-Perm
