Salary: �18,000 + bonus

About the role:

We want you to have the freedom to build on your experience as a Customer Service representative who will be liaising with our customers to successfully improve on the issues, complaints, and inquiries we receive while maintaining and providing customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

You are curious and creative, keen to take that next big leap and have experience of working in a client/customer facing B2B environment.
