AEG Europe is looking for an IT & Event Support Assistant who will have the opportunity to work with the world's leading sports and live entertainment company. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first and second line IT Support services to AEG Europe staff working at The O2, indigo at The O2, the SSE Arena Wembley, the Eventim Apollo and in their London offices - Handle and promptly log incoming Service Desk requests via email or telephone - Take ownership of Service Desk requests allocated to you and ensuring that they are resolved in the most efficient manner - Carry out day-to-day maintenance and checks of the IT and broadcast infrastructure - Maintain documentation of hardware inventory on an on-going basis The Company For more than 20 years, AEG has played a pivotal role in transforming the live entertainment industry. The Person The key skills and responsibilities of an IT Event & Support Assistant: - Experience of providing IT Service Desk style support to end users using Windows 7 and 10 - Administration experience with core Microsoft technologies in an enterprise environment, such as Windows Active Directory - Strong understanding of network technologies including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP - Ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision - Extremely organised with the ability to deliver to agreed timescales Excited about taking this massive step in your career?
