Provisioning Administrator Glasgow, Scotland 3 month rolling contract £10 - £12 per hour A 3 month rolling contract position has become available for an experienced administrator, order analyst, provisioning coordinator, sales support or project coordinator to join an international telecoms service provider to help deliver the best possible service experience for enterprise customers throughout the order delivery cycle, working as a Provisioning Administrator and Order Analyst. The Order & Provisioning Administrator will be responsible for acknowledging and validating customer requests, raising orders through the customer order provisioning system and BT ECO / Openreach. You will send acknowledgement and acceptance emails for order requests, generate tracking references and provide update to the customer and internal stakeholders on status and progress. As part of the enablement team you will be the co-ordination interface with the Provisioning Managers to ensure work is distributed correctly against the department resources. You will provide a daily order tracker for all Data & Voice teams so that engineering resource can be effectively scheduled in advance of the order and is communicated to the supporting delivery agencies. Key tasks include: # Proactive management of the order queue across all Data & Voice teams # Coordinating between delivery teams to proactively schedule orders and changes # Ensuring that stakeholders have received confirmation of resource within SLAs # Raising customer orders on the provisioning order management system # Communicating updates and progress reports with customers # Coordination between delivery teams to proactively schedule orders # Supporting the delivery and completion of the departments quality assurance targets # Supporting the IP Data Provisioning Managers in resource and order planning # Provide administrative support to the engineering teams in the provision of voice and data products including ADSL, Ethernet, Leased Lines, Managed Services and IPVPN, WAN, MPLS etc # Coordination, prioritisation and management of all received escalations # Active queue management for all Data & Voice teams across multiple systems To be considered for this role you should have: # Previous administration, customer service, contact centre, order management experience # Any knowledge of the telecommunications sector ideal # Any knowledge of order management, provisioning systems or BT Openreach processes highly desirable. # Graduate calibre # Communication and organisation skills # Attention to detail # Willingness to learn Environment: Telco, Telecom, Carrier, Internet, ISP, Service Provider, Operator, BT Openreach, BT ECO, Provisioning Administrator, Co-ordinator, Order Analyst, Operations, Network, Admin, Data Entry, KPI, SLA, Tracking, Testing, Circuit Tests, Reporting, WAN, Voice, Data, Connectivity, PSTN, ADSL, Ethernet, Leased Lines, IP Networking, IT, Excel, Microsoft Office, 3rd Party Supplier, Relationship Management, IP, MPLS, ITIL.
