The Role
Due to business growth, we are looking for Client executives to join our Client Services team in London. Reporting to a Client Manager, as a Client Executive you will be providing support to our clients while working alongside the Client

Qualifications and experience
A thorough understanding of digital technologies; exposure to SEO, social media and analytics an advantage
Previous experience of working in a web or technology agency environment, in a client-facing role
A good understanding of common office software (Word, Excel and its main functionalities)
A degree, or equivalent, in a business related subject would be an advantage.

Responsibilities and duties
Your key responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to:
Client account support - Assisting the Client Managers with the smooth running of accounts, for example: Client liaising and organisation; drafting of work orders; client communication, including contact reports, performance reporting, and commercial updates; listening to, and advocating client needs within the business.
Business development support - Helping with the identification and development of growth opportunities within existing client accounts, which adds value to their business and grows their account.
Maintaining of standards - Ensuring that clients receive an excellent experience in all their interactions with the company. You`ll work with internal teams to maintain consistently high standards.
Project support - Working with the Client Managers to help improve their pro
