Our client, a global travel brand in South Oxford, are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC to join a busy team driving improvement and innovation in the customer service team by identifying, analysing, and implementing opportunities for business change while improving customer experience. As a Business Analyst, you will have a highly analytical mind and the ability to communicate effectively across the business. Key duties and responsibilities: Analysing call centre metrics to improve overall efficiency. Extracting, analysing and making recommendations from raw data. Working with senior leadership to drive improvement across customer service team. Undertaking thorough analysis to optimise customer service process through improving self-service and reducing incoming contact. Liaising with product teams to drive business initiatives. Working with reporting and analytics team to analyse trends and support additional business initiatives as required. Requirements for the role: Experience of writing SQL queries and pulling data from Salesforce is a must. Strong communication skills. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - as a business analyst in a similar industry, in data consulting, or data strategy. Education to Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (maths, economics, engineering, statistics, or similar) Experience working with large datasets to summarize findings and communicating clearly to business users. Experience in implementing business process improvement. Six-Sigma certification and Master's Degree would be a plus. Strong time management skills and multi-tasking ability. Experience using BigQuery, and advanced Excel ability and Tableau would be a plus.
