Our client secondary school situated in the Trafford area require a Maths teacher to teach across the age and ability range in September 2018. The school have an open vacancy as their Numeracy co-ordinator who oversees KS3 is leaving the post having to relocate due to personal circumstances. The successful Maths teacher therefore has the opportunity to fulfil this role but will have a full teaching timetable.

The Maths department is relatively small with 3 teachers currently within the department which also reflects the size of the school, housing an average of 400 – 500 students. As a result, all students are known well within this family orientated school.

Highlights of this Maths teaching position:

* Pay would be between �120 - �170 per day depending on experience and payscale

* The school are open to applications from NQTs and more experienced teachers

* Full time Maths teaching position starting at the beginning of the September academic year

The school is set in pleasant surroundings with the latest equipment and great facilities. The successful teacher of Maths should be able to exercise effective behaviour management and be able to control and manage students actively.

The school is located in the Stretford area of Trafford making it very easy to access via the M602 and the M60 ring road. The school is set in a residential area with a large on site car park and is also serviced regularly by local buses.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
