The ideal Collections Administrator:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word, and preferably from within an office or service based environment who is ready for a leadership role.

The role would suit an enthusiastic individual with great communication and telephone skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in order to meet tight timescales.

Collections Administrator Responsibilities:

Joining our team as a Collections Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Dealing with all aspects of computer data input including, customers' requests, setting up of new accounts, dealing with sub-contract, price changes, raising invoices etc.
- Authorising works tickets/ run sheets and running reports on a daily basis as requested.
- Performing general admin housekeeping duties to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Other general administrative duties such as maintaining stationary supplies, arranging repairs to office machinery, distributing faxes and photocopying.
- Assisting in ensuring fleet is operated efficiently and cost effectively at all times.
- Collating customer rebate information on a monthly basis.
- Production of Key Performance Indicators as requested.
- Designing and maintaining of spreadsheets, filing systems and databases as required.
- Professional production of documents (letters, mailings, faxes, minutes etc.)
- Inputting information into sales and expenditure spreadsheets.
- Processing of customer invoice queries generated through charges levied at the weighbridge and via Skipman
- Assist with the raising of manual invoice and credit requests.
- Assist with the administration surrounding sales price increases
