Recruitment Scheduler / Coordinator City of London An amazingly dynamic and fast paced role for a highly organised, passionate individual within a global organisation. You will be based in the heart of the City and work with some of the best talent in the tech world. We are currently looking for an experienced, bubbly and tenacious Recruitment Scheduler who finds multi-tasking second nature! Your key responsibilities: Working with a large team of recruiter to schedule interviews (phone, VC, face to face) Complex diary management Room booking Meeting and greeting candidates, you will be the first face of the company for potential employees Various ad hoc admin duties for recruitment teams Skills are Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role (2-3 years minimum) Ability to multi-task while still providing an exceptional candidate experience Attention to detail You will have high energy, be able to work autonomously, love problem solving and have the ability to quickly build relationships in all aspects of the role.
