Accounts Administrator – 6 month FTC - Full Time – Leeds – £18,000 + Excellent Benefits

Do you have knowledge of Bank Payment Processes, such as Faster Payments, CHAPS or Cheques?

Do you have experience using internal systems and external payment processing applications to ensure that payments can be authenticated and actioned accurately?

Do you have an understanding of the regulatory environment and associated risk within FCA CASS?

If so, Interactive Investor are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. We are looking for an individual who can timely and accurately process all relevant Client payment instructions within pre-defined levels of productivity and accuracy. We work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and extremely risky environment so attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy is key.

The Role

The Accounts Administrator is responsible for the accurate processing of Payment Instructions, administrative tasks and reconciliations within a timely manner within the Client Cash function. The role will also be required to provide excellent telephony support when required within the department. The provision of outstanding Client service is required at all times to fulfil the needs of both internal and external customers.

Very strong analytical skills
Effective communicator that is direct, courteous, grammatically correct and professional.
Excellent organisational, management and prioritisation skills.
Understanding of TD Group Anti - Money Laundering Regulations
Understand the principles of Training and Competence and Treating Customers Fairly
Very strong eye for detail and experience working within a pressured environment
