Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to secure your next role? Are you passionate about making a difference in pupil's education?

If so a Catholic Primary school located in the Poole, which a been graded as Good by Ofsted, is currently looking to appoint a Level 3 teaching assistant to work as part of their already strong KS2 team. With this role you will become a valued member of the KS2 team and be required to support pupils across a range of year groups and of different abilities, on a small group and 1:1 basis. The role would be to September 2018 and would be for 30 hours a week.

The school aims to make their school and Nursery a lively, happy place where children can learn in a positive Christian atmosphere. The dedicated staff plan the curriculum and organise their classrooms in such a way that children are well motivated and enjoy being at school. By creating a caring environment with the emphasis on co-operation and mutual respect, the school expects a high standard of social behaviour and every child to develop their full potential

For this role you will need to:

* Have a strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
* Have strong English and Maths skills.
* Be adaptable and flexible where required.
* Have at least one year experience supporting in a KS2 environment.
* Be experienced at providing both 1:1 and small group support.
* SATs experience is preferable, however is not essential.
* Have strong communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
* Be creative, enthusiastic and engaging.
* Be able to support a Catholic ethos.
