Marketing Manager (Wealth, Protection & Funds) - Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

Salary Circa £35k - £40k plus generous benefits (depending on skills and experience)

Full time Permanent Position - (37.5 hours per week)

Commutable from Thame, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Tring, Bicester, Abingdon, Oxford, Milton Keynes etc.

Previous experience as a Marketing Manager within the financial services Industry is required.

Our client is a recognised industry leader in the provision of software, ratings and services to the UK financial services industry. They are a fast growing and successful brand. They focus on providing intelligence to support better decision-making for its clients. They employ around 120 people at their office in Haddenham, near Aylesbury, in Buckinghamshire and are a great place to work - with high levels of employee satisfaction and wellbeing - plus some great reviews on Glassdoor!

They are now looking for a talented and self-motivated Marketing Manager to take on responsibility for marketing and communications for a range of solutions focused on the wealth management, funds management and financial advice sectors. You`ll work with the Head of Marketing on the value proposition, annual marketing plan and sales collateral to promote their software, ratings and other services. You`ll then work closely with colleagues and external agencies to deliver your marketing plans on time and to budget.

To work effectively within the company culture, you`ll need to be collaborative, results-oriented and passionate. You`ll also need to be adaptable, resourceful and pragmatic - able to work well in an agile, responsive environment.

This is definitely a full time role (37.5 hours per week) but they do offer a flexible approach to when and where you work your hours so that you can balance your home life and work life effectively.

Required Marketing Experience and Skills:

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of:
Product/ proposition marketing and communications within a B2B environment;
Planning and delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to produce significant business results;
Using email marketing for lead generation, nurturing and database growth; Working with CRM, CMS and EPS systems, plus Google Analytics.

Required industry experience and knowledge

As the Marketing Manager for Wealth Management, Protection Insurance and Funds, you`ll need to develop expert knowledge of the UK financial services industry.
We are looking for someone who already has a good understanding of what financial advisers do, how the financial advice process works and how advisers interact with product providers and fund managers. This knowledge will probably have been gained through working within the industry.
They are a very collaborative and sociable team, so you will also need excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
