Our client is looking to expand the kitchen brigade. They are a luxury 28 bedroom hotel in the heart of Chipping Campden, North Cotswolds.

They have a fine dining restaurant 'Fig' with 2 rosettes, a casual all dine Bistro, plus a function suite that can seat 80.

This busy kitchen is looking for an experienced pastry chef that can that can produce the goods for luxury afternoon teas, simple bistro dishes as well as fine dining and banqueting.

Our client is looking for a Pastry Chef with:

* Great cooking skills
* A cool head
* An ability to delegate appropriately
* Organisational flair
* A grasp of profit margins
