Facilities Coordinator responsibilities:

- Part of facilities multi-site helpdesk team, solving reactive facilities issues on a TFM basis.
- Leading the daily problem-solving processes at the company HQ.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with tasks and projects.
- Carry out minor projects.
- Maintain and review set processes.
- Work closely with site maintenance personnel on a multi-site level to achieve deadlines and maintain processes, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate on behalf of the Facilities Manager the PPM schedules and schedule works where and when necessary.
- Assist Facilities Manager in running utilities management.
- Accurate record-keeping of compliance documentation. Administration of incoming records.
- Run the administration office within a department
- Coordinate Contractors, administration of contractor access and work permits.
- Administration of site access arrangements to staff/visitors/contractors and looking after reception on a rota basis.
- React to any maintenance issues, place calls to contractors where necessary, supervise contractors on site.
- Effective and proactive management of housekeeping stock levels.
- Weekly testing of fire alarms.
- Weekly site facilities overview audit/report.
- Manage office storage areas.


Facilities Coordinator Skills & Experience:

- Facilities helpdesk minimum 1 year
- Working to own initiative
- Dynamic environment
- Problem-solving
- Administration minimum 2 years
- Customer service
- Organizing meeting rooms
- Maintenance scheduling
- Health and safety acumen, an IOSH Certificate preferable.


In return for your appreciated work as our Facilities Coordinator, you can expect a salary of £26,000 per annum combined with a range of excellent benefits such as 20 + days holiday.
