The Company:
Our client is a CQC registered emergency/ non-emergency ambulance service providing transportation for NHS Trust patients, transporting over 400,000 patients annually.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires a high level of knowledge in windows applications, experience from a similar environment with knowledge of Patient Transport would be highly desirable. Responsible for designing and running reports for operations and the senior management team as well as managing the development between cleric and Savoy. The job role holder will be expected to ensure all records and administration are correctly maintained and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will be highly competent in front end windows applications.
The job role holder will be expected to provide the business with a high standard of service that maximises the professional working relationship between the company and the NHS. All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and previous employment referencing.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience within data analysis administration is essential
- Understanding of and ability to use C track (vehicle tracking). Training can be provided
- Ability to process improvement, changing how the system is used by the user
- Proven experience in training new users
- Strong administrator who has excellent attention to detail
- Experience within a relevant public sector environment is desirable
- Excellent people skills and able to communicate to all levels is vital to this role
- Proven ability to be flexible within an environment where priorities are constantly changing
- Strong organisation skills
- Able to work both individually and in a team
- Common sense and able to demonstrate a sense of ownership.
- Must have the ability to build relationships with internal staff and customers
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including early starts, late finishes and weekends if necessary

Key Skills
- Experienced in use of Windows Applications
- Ability to multi task whilst under pressure and must have excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to design and run reports
- Knowledge of Patient Transport
