Maternity cover - 12 month contract from September 2018 If y ou’re looking to make a difference through effective employee communications and engagement, then we’d like to meet you. As a Communications Business Partner , you will work across the organisation to drive and deliver integrated communications strategies and campaigns, with a focus on our people plan. You will ensure a joined-up approach, with clear and consistent messages for employees and examiners. We need a self-starter with a great track record in proactive employee communications who is able to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation. You'll understand what matters to employees and examiners, and ensure that's reflected in our communications and channels. You’ll also understand what excellent employee engagement looks like and be able to advise senior colleagues on engaging colleagues through change. You’ll be highly skilled at developing and aligning messages and plans across a complex organisation, while having the flexibility to respond to emerging priorities. You'll be great with people, too – making a positive contribution to the team and building strong partnerships across the organisation. You’ll have the credibility to influence at all levels as well as the ability to help others develop their communication skills. You’ll be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have previous experience of a similar role and organisation. About us At AQA we have a passion for inspiring lessons and great learning.
