Project Co-ordinator - Emsworth, Hampshire World-renowned supplier to the automotive sector, providing vehicle protection systems, digital merchandising solutions, aftermarket and insurance products. Role – Project Co-ordinator Location – Emsworth, Hampshire Due to a promotion of the current position holder and major growth of the business we are looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic, high growth, forward thinking market leader in the automotive sector. To be successful in this role you will be a highly capable, driven, determined and ambitious individual looking to take on and enhance our day to day functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To support the Project and Operations Manager in the delivery of projects across all lines of business. Co-ordinating and delivering projects across all lines of business to agreed timelines. Support the Project and Operations Manager in system development. Support the Insured Operations Lead. Support strategic planning and implementation aligned with Business Objectives. Maintaining positive partner and supplier relationships. Maintaining Policy administration for Insured products To support the business with regulatory compliance activities To assist in implementing new processes and procedures Facilitate and support the delivery of Client tenders for insured products. PERSON SPECIFICATION: · Highly organised and dynamic thinker with the ability to absorb information and apply this effectively. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both electronically and verbally. · Maintain a consistently positive manner with customers. · Comfortable working independently under limited supervision and able to manage conflicting priorities. · Ability to recognise and prioritise tasks with a collaborative approach to work. · Proven ability to solve problems and achieve results · Ability to work methodically and systematically in a fast-paced environment. · Proactive and achievement orientated with the ability to work accurately to deadlines. · Ability to demonstrate initiative and responsibility for completing assigned tasks. · Ability to make decisions and be assertive as appropriate. · Demonstrates and encourages high standards of honesty, integrity, openness and respect for others. · Ability to handle and secure confidential information. · Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications. · Excellent range of IT skills including competency with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Competence with Adobe products would also be beneficial.
