Due to continued growth, there are currently excellent opportunities available for Support Workers to join the team based in Cheltenham & Gloucester. 

The Role: As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for a range of different tasks including personal care, assisting with activities such as shopping, travelling to and from universities/colleges, attending sports matches and, occasionally, travelling with customers out of the country when required. This list isn't exhaustive and can include supporting with many more activities. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Assisting with making travel arrangements in and out of the country 
• Supporting customers with any activities, hobbies and errands required 

The Candidate: There is no previous experience required for the Support Worker position, however you must have empathy and be honest and trustworthy. Flexibility is very important as you must have the ability to support customers in every aspect of their life, including travelling out of the UK when necessary.
