ADMINISTRATOR required for a Marketing Team **

Our client based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Administrator to join a small, yet busy Marketing team on a 6 months contract.

You will be responsible for providing administration support to a busy marketing and business development team in the Guildford office.

Duties include:
· Team support: providing general assistance to the team by answering phones and emails, taking messages, running errands, typing, photocopying, printing and binding documents
· Administration: managing team diaries, filing, managing the marketing email in-box, inputting data and updating reports, efficient control of stationery and literature in all offices, booking couriers/travel/accommodation/appointments
· Meetings: booking, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, greeting attendees and making tea/coffee, ensuring projector, screen and flipchart are available when needed
· Material: proofreading, arranging for material to be reprinted, updating slide presentations, chasing for feedback, maintaining an audit trail of changes and approvals, ensuring brand is consistently implemented
· E-marketing: updating content on website and intranet, assisting with email campaigns, providing MI reports
· Events: organising production of invitations, envelope stuffing, sending confirmations, coordinating delegate lists, making name badges, booking catering and venues, organising deliveries and collections, attending in person when required

Requirements:

The candidate will likely have gained at least two years' office experience, for example in a PA or Secretarial role.

This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to contribute to and track multiple projects at once.

The role also requires excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to work calmly under pressure to demanding deadlines, paying attention to detail and maintaining accuracy at all times.

The candidate must be motivated to support a busy team, achieving high standards in all work whether the task is simple or complex.
