As well as being a leading supplier of cyber security systems, intelligence and technological security capabilities.They are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Consultant (UX, UI, Axure, Omnigraffle)  to join their team of industry experts to work on the development and delivery of a wide range of advanced technologies for the commercial and electronics market. This fantastic opportunity will give any driven UX consultant exposure to the most advanced tech on the planet and the perfect platform to progress and develop within a world class organisation.Please send all relevant CV’s to jamie.smyth@ansonmccade.com or call 02077806706KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate existing sites in terms of their persuasiveness, emotional design, and conversion; assess properties for usefulness, usability, visual design, content, and brandingLead participatory design/user testing sessions; lead Information Architects in the sessionsIdentify and document meaningful patterns from the user research, audit the findings; provide recommendations to the client/internal team based on findingsLead development of personas/segmentations based on research findings; integrate personas/segmentations with related deliverables such as opportunity maps and wireframesPrepare, conduct, and analyse behavioural in-context research events Identify opportunities to create business value and improve the user experienceExecute participatory requirements gathering sessions, participate in debrief sessionsConduct and analyse stakeholder interviews to understand key success factors for a projectPresent concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with research and best practice annotationsAssist in creating strategies for persuasive design with oversight and guidanceDevelop Navigation Model, Primary and Secondary Navigation structure Develop Sitemap with all levels as requiredAnalyse task flows, task decompositions and create optimal Task FlowDevelop frameworks describing key aspects of proposed experience, how it reconciles business/user needsCreate prototypes using tools such as InDesign, Visio, Axure as requiredMentor junior Information Architects towards client delivery and excellenceConduct periodic Knowledge Sharing sessions  Job Requirements Bachelor's degree requiredDegree preferred in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design; Communicationssolid industry experienceWell-versed in user-centred design methods and techniquesProficient to expert in: Sketch, Axure or Omnigraffle, Microsoft Office Excellent analytical and process-oriented skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsExperience in working on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teamsPrior experience in a consulting firm or agency preferredPrior experience in UI design for mobile devices a plus Reference: *AMC*JSM\UX01Location: LondonStart: FlexibleDuration: PermanentRate: £70,000 to £80,000Agency: Anson McCadeContact: Jamie SmythEmail: jamie.smyth@ansonmccade.comTelephone: 02077806706
