MMP are currently working alongside a Housing Association in South East London who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Enquiries Administrator.

Pay: £16.19 LTD p/h

Main Duties:

• Undertake administrative tasks as required and general office duties for both internal and external purposes
• Ensure the provision of excellent customer service to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction
• Produce correspondence in accordance with the departments standard procedures to a high level of accuracy
• Manage, maintain, and develop departmental records on both manual and electronic systems ensuring that the information/data is accurate, up-to date and easily accessible following Peabody’s GDPR guidelines
• Respond to routine enquiries (received by telephone, email, letter, fax or face-to face) from customers or re-direct as appropriate ensuring a timely and customer focused response is provided
• Provide support to the Sales team on an adhoc basis leading up to launches

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of affordable housing shared ownership
• Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manor
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take ownership of own work and ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Previous experience of working in a property sales environment
• Experience of using a CRM system
