I am currently working with a large secondary school who are seeking to appoint a Teacher of English who will join and strengthen the Department. Whilst this role is suitable for teachers ranging from their NQT year to many years experience in the profession, they are seeking to appoint individuals who can build rapport with their students and engage them in the subject.
