An opportunity for individuals with some previous insurance contact centre experience to join the UK operation of a US Company which has been established for nearly 100 years. The UK office provides both Property and Motor Insurance to customers across Europe and they are currently seeking a number of new members of staff who have worked in a telephone based customer contact / insurance inbound sales environment and are seeking a new challenge. Specific product training will be provided which will involve an initial 12 week classroom based training program - but candidates applying must already have excellent relationship building skills as well as a strong and professional work ethic and the ability to thrive in an environment totally focused on honesty, service, loyalty and integrity. Within this role, you will be required to build trusted relationships with customers and develop an understanding of their needs – offering appropriate products and services as well as closing on up-sell opportunities and cross sales. We are hoping to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic about putting down roots and building a long term career within lovely offices in the heart of the City of London. Candidates will also need to be able to demonstrate a respectful and professional manner as well as great interpersonal and customer service skills. As this role is within a ‘boutique’ contact centre environment, working hours will have a ‘shift’ element to them and candidates must be flexible enough to move between shifts if requested to do so. The earliest shift is 7am to 2.30pm and the latest is 9.30am to 5pm.
