Installation Engineer  – To carry out the installation of equipment into long term and acute healthcare facilities in the UK and have the ability to carry out survey works for Installation activities. 1 x SW England (Cheltenham, Swindon, Oxford, Reading, Slough) Salary / Benefits – •Basic salary from £25k - £26k •Discretionary bonus IRO £4k / year •Approx. 15 hours overtime per month, average £3.5k / year  •Company van, Pension, Life Assurance, Gym membership, and all standard corporate benefits. Role profile – •To carry out Installation works in accordance with company and installation procedures •To complete and submit all relevant documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.  •To feedback any recommendations following visits to customers premises, and on an ongoing basis to contribute ideas and observations in a professional manner •To maintain all tools, spares and equipment within his/her care in a safe working condition highlighting anything unsafe to the Installation Supervisor immediately. Any losses, breakages or excess wear and tear should be reported to the Installation Supervisor to authorize Engineer obtaining replacements. •When required carry out service, repairs, or retro fits to equipment on-service contract in accordance with Service procedures or technical advice notices Candidate –  •Electrically/Mechanical and Plumbing knowledge qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds 2 / 3, with experience in an engineering discipline. •This role requires previous technical experience in a similar Installation environment. •Knowledge of building and construction materials  •Construction Site Skill level (CSCS, SKILLcard level). •Strong communication skills •Ability to work on their own or as part of a team. •Knowledge and experience of working in the medical device industry would be beneficial Progress Sales Recruitment is a specialist sales only medical recruitment consultancy dedicated to offering client and applicants alike the highest levels of service.
