This luxury 2AA Rosette Suffolk Boutique Hotel with 20+ rooms set within beautiful countryside is looking for a reliable and hardworking Sous Chef with a rosette background to join their professional kitchen brigade.

Our Client serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks and delicious coffee for guests and customers. They also cater for private parties or weddings and can accommodate up to 300 guests.

As Jnr Sous Chef you will be required to work alongside the Head Chef and brigade in the production and delivery of food to a high standard ensuring the consistency of each dish is adhered to and met everytime as outlined by the senior chefs.

AsJnr Sous Chef you will:

- Help lead, co-ordinate and motivate the more jnr members of the kitchen team
- Produce and deliver quality food
- Ensure daily food preparation meets recipe
- Manage a clean and efficient kitchen
- carry out quality control checks, ensuring presentation, and quality of food
- complete material check lists, e.g. mise-en place, within own department for all sections
