I am currently recruiting for a KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant and popular primary school in the borough of Richmond Upon Thames, Twickenham, TW2. This full time KS1 Teacher role will be for September 2018 and will be contracted through until the end of the academic year.

The Role

- This expanding “Good” school is smaller than average with excellent training and development opportunities.

- The role is a Year 2 teaching position, the class size is around the 30 pupil mark and there will be a general classroom teaching assistant in the classroom as well that will be supporting you within the classroom with the students.

- As this is a full time position you will be expected to do all the planning and marking for the class and go above and beyond normal duties expected.

- Set clear and challenging targets for each pupil that builds on prior attainment.

- The school are looking for someone experienced in working with KS1 and who has a good understanding of the curriculum. You need to be a passionate, dedicated, innovative and someone who can make an immediate impact.

Minimum Essential Requirements

- Degree qualification and DfE Qualified Teacher Status.

- Experience of using a range of successful teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of all groups of pupils.

- Evidence of the highest quality of teaching and an understanding of the necessary characteristics of outstanding teaching and learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
