JOB TITLE: Document Controller LOCATION:Blantyre SALARY/RATE AND BENEFITS:£14.00 - £15.00 per hour YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Knowledge of ProjectWise and Filemate IDEALLY YOU ALSO HAVE:Experience within a Utilities company is preferable but not necessary. Key Responsibilities Provide a professional and timely service to the project Training sessions on EDMS Reporting to Project Manager and Business Document Control Manager on all document control matters Collation and distribution of documentation Key Tasks Ensure adherence and compliance to the Project Document Control Procedure Preparation of transmittals and maintaining precise auditable records Ensure up to date lists of drawings and documents is available (MDR's) Key Criteria Having experience using EDMS on large multidiscipline projects Experience in dealing with large amounts of data Have the ability to interpret and present information in a logical and ordered manner Have strong IT, coordination, organisational and administration skills Excellent communication skills Professional approach on all matters and requests Ability to work in a team, problem solving, coaching Key Interfaces Work Package Managers and Quality Managers Contractors, Suppliers and Third Parties Business Document Control Manager Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.
