WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday

THE COMPANY: Our client is a well established, leading Chartered Accountancy firm with offices in Goole, Pontefract, York & Selby. With expert advisors across all aspects of accountancy they are specialists in dealing with a range of businesses and individual commissions.

Due to the continued success of the company, our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator/ Payroll Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team at their office in Goole, East Riding Of Yorkshire .

THE ROLE: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrative Assistant / Payroll Administrator to join our clients busy Payroll Bureau based in Goole. The key purpose of this position is to work within a team to assist and support on a range of payroll and administrative duties as below.

Key Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator/ Payroll Administrative Assistant to include:-

• Processing payrolls, gross to net
• Processing RTI submissions
• Calculation of statutory payments
• Liaising directly with clients
• Resolving queries and general support
• Working towards tight deadlines
• Sending BACS transmissions
• Preparation of P45s and P60s

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Payroll Administrator/ Payroll Administrative Assistant role will ideally have previous experience in Payroll or working in a Payroll Bureau, however candidates who are highly organised, have excellent numeracy skills and have experience in a busy office environment accurately data inputting, will still be considered. You must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and must have good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and must live within commutable distance to Goole, East Riding Of Yorkshire.

• Must have previous experience working in payroll
