Our client is a well respected organisation based in Central London who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The HR Manager is expected to proactively lead and develop the HR function by aligning to the company strategy

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle and self-service HR platform – recruitment, induction, reviews, ER casework, leavers
Responsible for the visa process – being the Level 1 user of the company account and ensuring compliance
Manage the Learning and Development programme – identifying skills gaps, organising internal and external training, recording and monitoring impact
Responsible for all company policies, ensuring compliance with new legislation
Manage payroll and pensions
Organise all employee benefits including, private health insurance, eye tests, flu vaccine, Employee Events Scheme
Lead on the work stream to gain Investors in People accredited

Experience required for this role:

Level 5 CIPD, or working towards this
Excellent communicator
Experience of ER casework
Proficient in Microsoft applications with the ability to manipulate data and produce reports
Experience of competency frameworks would be an advantage
