My client based in Swansea are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team.

The role will support the sales and marketing department in the timely processing of customer orders and administration. You will support the order process from start to finish and so speed and accuracy whilst in a relatively pressured and time sensitive environment is necessary.

Duties will include:
�Reception duties, first point of contact face to face and over the phone to UK and overseas customers so you must have a confident and friendly telephone manner.
�Diary management for the team, including booking travel and accommodation.
�Receive and process orders from customers via phone, fax, email or direct from customers.
�Responding to all email enquiries.
�Maintaining proactive customer contact, progress chasing and resolving problems relating to enquiries/orders.
�Working in conjunction with the finance, procurement, sales and marketing teams.
�Arranging orders, uplifts, credit notes and deal with delivery discrepancies.
�Organising and liaising with carriers regarding shipments.
�Completing export documents.
�Assisting with social media when required.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate Excel skills.

This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone organised, with excellent time management skills.

Working hours are:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 1pm.
