Opportunity for a dynamic and experienced PA to join a growing boutique Investment Manager
Our client is an investment manager with a global presence. The firm is a leading name in their specific market and have been expanding at a steady pace over many years, supported by strong fund performance and an ongoing significant increase in AUM.
The ideal candidate will possess high level PA duties no-how, first class communication and relationship building skills and enjoy liaising with clients, and board directors. This is a varied role and would suit a confident, corporate PA, that thrives in a fast paced, intellectual environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Diary management for the Chief Executive and ad-hoc help to the Non-Executive Board Directors.
Arranging flights, accommodation, transfers and registration, diary schedules.
Occasional local support to senior business heads from US whilst they are visiting London office.
Timely invoice and expense processing.
Organising extensive and complex travel arrangements (national and international).
Support Executive Team from time to time.
Co-ordination of internal meetings (often in different time zones).
Preparation of agendas and papers for internal meetings
Co-ordination of client meetings and visits by senior leaders and clients.
Co-ordination of offsite meetings.
Arranging travel visas when required.
Maintaining and updating contacts database.
Awareness of corporate policies and procedures and any updates.
Booking taxis, car services, restaurants, etc.
Preparing and assisting with presentations including binding, copying, typing, etc.
General admin: Filing, faxing, letters, scanning, telephone coverage.
Dealing with ad-hoc problems efficiently and effectively.
Drafting written communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a medium sized business in the financial services sector, with exceptional IT skills, attention to detail, strong organisational capabilities and an unflappable, resilient character. Ideally, the candidate for this role will be numerate, with excellent communication skills and an observable interest in the financial services sector.

Market Skills and Certifications:

Be an experienced Executive PA with self-confidence and experience to support the Chief Executive, with some support to Executive Investment Managers and board directors, and have extensive experience in a financial services environment.
Be well organised and deal with conflicting priorities and work in a measured and authoritative way in a high paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility, a strong eye for detail and accuracy. `Sweat the small stuff`.
Smart, well presented and client orientated.
Excellent communicator - oral and written.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Keen to learn new in-house systems.
Must have flexibility to work occasional longer hours when needed (from time to time).
The daily working environment is professional, collaborative, with attention paid to supporting each other when necessary.
