Change Management Consultant (Technology Implementation, Agile, People Change)Technology. It controls our lives. From checking your emails all day every day in the faint hope for some responses to adverts you placed on job boards, to playing Football Manager while you wait for those very advert responses, technology plays a huge part in all parts of life. You are probably reading this on a computer right now for example. I rest my case. As a result, organisations need people who can help their workforce adapt to the rapidly rising tide of technology. While you may have Linda in Sales who loves all things technical and has no problem adapting to change, there might also be Rodney in Compliance who was far happier when carrier pigeon was the best way to tell your friends what you were up to.In this role you will have to deal with all stakeholders, ensuring that all members of the organisation are fully up to speed with the changes you suggest and make sure that everyone knows exactly why they are necessary. The changes you make will have to be based around solid analysis of the as-is state of the firm, and show how they will create the to-be vision that the C-level executives envisage. This will obviously require excellent communication both verbally and written in order to effectively communicate your opinions in such a way that is both empathetic and professional. If this seems like a role that would interest you then read on to the criteria required.Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenSolid understanding of the uses of different workplace technologies4+ years prior experience within a change management role during digital transformation projectsBalance of a holistic and detailed view on issuesEnjoy solving difficult and challenging problems For further information or to register your interest, please call Ed Wilson 020 7780 6700 or send across you CV to Ed.Wilson@ansonmccade.comType:               PermanentLocation:        LondonSalary:             £55,000-£75,000 + Excellent benefits packageContact:          Ed WilsonTelephone:     020 7780 6700Email:              Ed.Wilson@ansonmccade.comReference:      *AMC*EWI/RC390
