Teaching Personnel are looking for a Team Teach trained Teaching Assistant to join a provision within a mainstream Primary school in Coulsdon, Croydon.

The role would be Full Time starting in September 2018 and include:

* Work alongside other TA’s to support the class teacher
* Manage behaviour effectively through team-teach de-escalation techniques
* Supporting children with various learning difficulties and needs such as ASD, VI/HI, MLD and PMLD.
* Work in a challenging and sometimes difficult environment.
* A CACHE level 3 or equivalent
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
