Sodexo's Energy & Resources segment have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our offshore personnel logistics team.

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will provide an effective, efficient and accurate administrative service and will play a key role in the successful management of our offshore teams.

Main responsibilities
Assist in the effective management of the offshore workforce's trips and movements
Update and monitor crew change rotas and all offshore personnel trackers on a daily basis
Effective liaison with operations team, clients representatives, training agencies and the HR team
Book travel and accommodation for personnel when required
Central role within the Emergency response team for exercises and real emergency situations
Liaise with 3rd party stakeholders ensuring effective deployment of offshore personnel
Update and maintain database of certificates, ensuring appropriate personnel are informed of renewal dates
Book and register all medicals and internal training courses as per authorized training request forms
File all training and medical certification and confidential employee related documentation
Create and complete relevant documentation relating to offshore personnel
Provide assistance and complete any other reasonable tasks as requested

A proficient user of Microsoft Office programs

Desirable

Experience of using SAP HR (training will be provided)

Knowledge and/or experience of offshore logistics work

Knowledge and/or experience of aviation logistics, HR administration, training and competency
