PROJECT ENGINEER - COOKSTOWN, NORTHERN IRELAND

The Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be involved in key new products and improvement projects as well as being involved in the analysis of compressor performance with a view to identifying and improving performance. You will have experience in structured problem solving using statistical techniques.
The successful candidates will possess a Degree, HND or Foundation degree in Mechanical engineering or other associated discipline and have 2 years' experience in a design, project management or manufacturing role. A working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and statistical capability techniques would be beneficial.

Essential Requirements
- Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of two years` experience in an engineering production environment.
- Experience in structured problem solving using statistical techniques.
- Working knowledge of Standard Process Control systems
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques
- Proven strong communication skills, verbal and written
