Due to continued success and business growth, we are now looking for a strong, technically experienced candidate with high attention to detail, to join the team as our Web / Full Stack Developer.

The role requires drive, energy and passion and will suit anyone looking to make a big difference in an organisation that is growing fast and looking to rebuild and replatform its technology and processes.

Web / Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing, deploying and supporting the web-based applications for a new technology platform.
- Working as part of an agile team to implement change. Breaking up stories into tasks and providing estimates for their completion. Taking part in daily stand-ups ensuring that progress and issues are communicated to the agile project manager. Work closely with the team to ensure solutions delivered are fit for purpose and use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered in production.

The ideal Web / Full Stack Developer:

The role will require you to be a part of a new product team to build a new sales platform. You must have a high attention to detail and strong experience for developing on the latest web-based technologies. You will also need to possess:

- Tech Stack - HTML5, Javascript, PHP, angular or vuejs, bootstrap, less
- Experience of working within an Agile/Scrum/XP environment
- Experience developing solutions with a MySQL database
- Experience of source control using GIT
- Interfacing to JSON web services
- Experienced in UI/UX best practices
- Web Standards, including accessibility
- Development on multiple devices, including smart phones and tablets
- Responsive Design / Implementation
- White Label and multi-language experience
- Cross Browser and device testing
- Prototyping
- Passionate about web technology
- Patient and calm under pressure
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Perseverance and the ability to drive own deliverables through to completion
- Continually strives to improve both their work and their personal knowledge
- Self-motivated and content to work both individually and on team projects
- Articulate and able to communicate technical detail to both peers and non-technical stakeholders
