Alpine Elements Ltd is a medium sized tour operator specialising in activity holidays for our Winter Ski, Summer Alps and Beach Club programmes, alongside our sister company iGO Ski. We operate in France, Greece and Austria with the head office located in London. We employ up to 500 overseas seasonal staff, in addition to a permanent head office team, working all year round to deliver the best product for our clients and support for our employees.

The Recruitment Executive Role
We have a great opportunity to join our HR and recruitment team in Wimbledon, this role will be fast paced recruiting seasonal staff for all of our brands across Europe. You will be an important part of the team working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Head of Human Resources to ensure the candidate process is smooth from start to finish and all paperwork is compliant.

As the Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for building and developing strong candidate talent pools, short listing candidates based on their experience for the variety of roles we have to offer. This will be a varied role with recruitment focus but you will support group HR functions with completion of paperwork and regular admin tasks.

Key responsibilities as a Recruitment Executive but not limited to:

* Ensuring smooth candidate process from start to finish.
* Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns
* Advertising and attracting candidates through use of social media platforms.
* Screening and processing applications.
* Running assessment centres - preparation of, on the day and post assessment day.
* Regular public speaking to candidates.
* Assessing group interviews as well as conducting one to one interviews.
* Answering questions over the phone and responding to candidate emails.
* Checking all candidate eligibility documentation
* Liaise with job boards to ensure all posts are live and relevant
* Ensuring all legal paperwork has been submitted, tracked and certificates issued prior to staff travel dates for all programmes.
* Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
* Responding to internal and external queries via email.
* Use outlook calendar to schedule meetings and one to one interviews.
* Some assessment days will be off-site requiring travel to regional bases, cookery schools, open evenings/days at schools, colleges and universities.

* Seasonal overseas experience gained with a tour operator - D
* Previous experience using ATS - D
* Excellent Telephone manner - E
* Literate and numerate - E

* Ability to handle multiple priorities. - E
* Must be able to work in a busy and demanding environment & work to a high standard - E
* Strong presentations skills/confident to present to groups of up to 20 people - E
* Written and verbal communication skills - E

* Motivated, Passionate and enthusiastic to find the rig
