We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for our client based in Frome. Our client has been established in it's sector for the last 11 years with facilities across the world, particularly in the USA. An exciting opportunity has now become available for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Administrator to join this market leading company.

The role will involve:
Ensuring the business complies with all recruitment policies, laws and regulations on employment law.
Developing and implementing policies on issues such as disciplinary procedures, working conditions and absence management.
Developing job specifications, preparing job adverts, checking applications, matching candidates to job roles.
General administration duties including contract writing, new start packs etc
Planning and occasionally delivering training and inductions.
Maintaining online HR systems along with hard copy systems.
Undertaking salary reviews.
Handling confidential information and adhering to new GDPR legislation.
Other ad-hoc jobs as requested and complying with relevant deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous HR & administration experience is essential
Ability to deal with phone calls, meeting and face to face conversations in a confident and polite manner.
Ability to work within a team and individually.
High attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Reliability, punctuality and must be highly motivated.
The candidate must have own transport due to location.
Must have at least GCSE Grade C+ in English and Maths.
Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 18:00 and Fridays 8:00 - 16:00.

The salary is depending on experience.
