Teaching Personnel are working in behalf of an Special Needs School that provides education designed to meet the academic, social and behavioural needs of children of primary and secondary age. The school provides individualised 1:1 treatment programmes for pupils with Autism and associated Special Needs – including social/emotional needs and ADHD.

The school works closely with families, multiple agencies and care teams to build a bright future for all pupils. The aim of the school is to utilise pupils strength to allow them to reach there full potential.

* The school is looking for Teacher/ABA Specialist to teach small groups of pupils (6-12 per class) or 1:1. The role involves delivering behaviour interventions, observing and writing reports on progress.

* The teacher is require to collect and accurately record behavioural, social, academic, and other data as required per students specific goals and programming

* Use the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis to help students socially, academically, and behaviourally

* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and communicate with the students team

* Attend and participate in team meetings as necessary and requested.

* Participate in community outings with students including, but not limited to: swimming

Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education or related Human Service Field is preferred alongside a QTS and minimum of 1 years experience working with Special Needs namely Autism.
