Are you up for a challenge?

Within Bracknell Forest we currently work with 60 families providing short breaks services, this is an exciting time within KIDS as we are planning to develop and expand our services both within Bracknell and neighbouring authorities. Support occurs within groups or on a 1:1 basis with an emphasis on life skills, social skills and confidence.

As a Senior Practitioner you will be providing hands on support to disabled children, young people and their families; as well as planning a varied and dynamic timetable of activities. You will be supporting the team to ensure CQC compliance. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding role, and also gain a strong sense of achievement.

You will be required to deliver Short Break Services to young people 5 days out of 7. The 36 hours per week can include evening support, minimal unsociable hours and delivering up to 2 Saturdays per month.
